The best thing you can do it start. Nothing will turn into a habit if you don't even start. Tomorrow, as soon as you wake up, put on your running shoes. Go out and do intervals of walking and fast walking for 15 minutes. Do this for a week.
No excuses. No procrastination. See how you feel after a week. I bet you anything, you'll feel proud of yourself, energetic and confident.
