Hi Stuck1nHead, that sounds tough. Do you think lack of sunlight is making your energy lower? I'm glad you like your job and the people who you work with. Definite plus. I might suggest, that if you really want to work a different shift, during the day, even though its a few months away, make sure your supervisors know your preference.

As far as when to get active goes, try experimenting. I've heard its better to exercise on waking and not to exercise close to bedtime because it will disrupt sleep. But everyone is different. I should probably ask...what do you mean when you say "I need to get active"? Do you mean exercise? Or do you mean just doing more and living the life you want to live?

What do you enjoy doing? What brings you pleasure? Maybe start there, on a small scale.
