I see much support here I dont have any eating disorder, but I binge eat from time to time.
Today I ate 3 fried eggs, 1 Qurrito and 2 chessburgers almost at once.

I have had stomach pain very often (1 year period), because of my binge eating. Thats why I had to stop this. Once even I went to the hospital, because the pain was so strong. After the visit in a hospital I stopped to eat a lot, it was so hard to fight the urges.

Now 6 months+ without any pain stomach. I can eat a lot again, but I have to careful, because I dont want a stomach pains again.

What did you eat?
