When u usually relapse? Me for example when I am bored, and I just want to alleviate the boredom. I just want some instant gratification. So when someting interesting happens in my life or i am into someting, there is less of a binge eating.

I have never felt disgusted, or some remorse after a binge eating. I just dont want my stomach to hurt. Lately I eat a lot from time to time, and luckily I didnt have any stomach pain, but still I have to be careful.

Today I bought 5 litres of ice cream my record is 5 litres of ice cream in 2 days, I just love ice cream, its my weakness My weight isnt so bad 160 lbs. do you like ice cream ? xd
