An app might be better. There are ones where you can track how you feel at any given point, not just on a day-to-day basis. Since you're feeling so bad overall, it seems like that might be better than a daily method of tracking. That way you could record nuances and when you feel a bit better as well. You can also make notes in apps and maybe see patterns.
