I’ve had to quit cold turkey a number of times over the years. Here where I live, Valium (diazepam) is often used short term to manage withdrawal symptoms.
I agree with the others. If you’re having breathing problems then you need to be off the medication. Keep calling your pdoc. Leave multiple messages until your doctor gets that you need help.
