You will be very disappointed in yourself when you come down, you always struggle with enormous guilt over your actions while flying high.

Please be honest with your Pdoc and case worker. Until you see them..., please please ...satisfy your urges yourself , meeting strange men is very dangerous possible violent attacks , abuse and worse.... and can leave you with life altering physical problems that penicillin won’t cure.
