Do you have a bed time routine?

I have a night time routine....use argon oil to remove make up, WAsh face and apply benzo peroxide lotion then rosacea metrogel cream. Brush teeth with electric tooth brush takes 2 minutes. lotion to neck and spray tonic to throat.
Take meds for the night and set up pill box for tomorrow.This takes me a good 20 minutes total to do. Then put ear plugs in and kiss jeff Good night. I do this the same every night. We have lights out anywhere from 11;30 to 1230.
I have been sleeping fine irregardless of how much I have drank.
