I’m sorry things are so frustrating. While there’s no “ cure” for Bipolar it can be managed to lessen the amount of episodes. The “Why me “ bit?? Yeah we all can understand that part. None of us asked for this.
Are you working closely with your Pdoc to make any Med tweaks or changes to help level off the symptoms?
Do you have a Therapist you can talk to and learn coping skills with? Just someone to help you process thoughts and actions with.
Diet , exercise, mediation, good sleep hygiene.
Bipolar needs to be attacked (for lack of a better word) from all sides.
I hope that you will find ways to lessen the effect Bipolar has on your every day life.
