I also used ativan and thought it helped with everything. It is not an antidepressant so it doesn't make my mood better, it is a chemical dance in my life. Tried many things. I'm back up to 15 mg of diazepam. Trying to cut it out
Apologies for the talking about meds but I'm so frustrated with never finding one that works for me. Little turtle, thanks for this bus.
