I came home on Thursday also. But I am exhausted and my chronic pain is acting up plus I didn't take my oxygen with me. So I am still unpacking and trying to get myself back together.

As far as my oxygen is concerned my concentrator was just too big to put in the car with everybody's stuff. I knew that before leaving.

But at least the stress I felt beforehand left when I got into the car and my moods didn't get triggered. So the only thing I had to deal with was my physical health.

And I am so thankful to return to both no damages and no electrical outages.

The forecast for the hurricane was really bad for my area. So glad it kept more out in the ocean for my area.

So yes. This ended up as a mostly positive experience. And I got to see trees and mountains instead of palm trees and flat land! I miss the north sometimes!!!!
