A week ago, hubby said I had been talking in my sleep a bit lately. Nothing comprehensible. Then last night at around 3 am, I had a dream and in the dream I was hitting hubby to get his attention to tell him we were really late for some kind of appointment. The thing is, apparently I started to act out that dream in my half-sleep. I woke hubby up actually hitting him saying "We're late! We're late!" I sort of remember hitting him, too. Then I quickly went back to sleep again. Hubby told me about it this morning, and I said that I wasn't 100% sure that I had actually done that. I hope I don't act out dreams in the future. I haven't really done such things in the past, to my recollection. I did sleep walk a little as a child, but not really as an adult. There is no major change in my medications, so it's curious why that happened. Well, my Seroquel XR did go from 500 to 600 mg about two weeks ago, but this behavior only started last night. I've been on 600 mg several times in the past without incidents.

I have been known to act out dreams. I am not sure of which factors have played into this. I act out dreams maybe 3-4 times a year.
Don't hit him too hard!
How's the project going?
