What do you do for these types of situations? I think it is amazing you have such great insight and you know the voices are just hallucinations. Do you take prn meds, or just give it a while to sort itself out?
Hang in there Bluebicycle. You're incredibly strong and brave!

Thanks, fern. I don't know what I do for these types of situations. Normally I try to wash out one sound with another, but obviously that's not going to work in situations like these.

I pretty much just "dealt with it" because I didn't know what else to do. Fortunately, though, it went away within about 20 mins and hasn't returned since yesterday.
As for PRN meds -- Don't have any. Used to have Klonopin and Seroquel, but I don't take those anymore. I definitely don't want to touch seroquel ever again, and Klonopin hasn't been prescribed in a while. I never really used it, though, in all fairness, so I never bothered asking for a refill.
