wild coyote, have you tried melatonin?
I take100mg of visteril/atarax with 20 mg of long acting melatonin and 3mg of short acting melatonin.
I am sleeping. with ear pugs.
sleep thru the night except once to go pee.
sleep is such an issue for a lot of us.
