Hi Wild Coyote. Do you mind me asking from what dose you tapered down from? If going down by 25mg is too hard, you can at least split the IR pills. My Seroquel XR cannot be split and XR's smallest dose is 50 mg, unlike IR's 25 mg. I can certainly say that increases and decreases of my XR of even just 50 mg make a huge difference in my situation, usually.
