I am SO SORRY for what you're going through, @Obsessivelyafraid! I am not sure what type of therapy may be most suited to you. There are so many options out there. I'm also not a professional. My advice would be to contact a therapist and ask THEM what you think may be the best option for you. Certainly they'll know how to help you. Don't give up! It takes time before finding the right therapist. I am sure you'll feel better at some point if you seek the help you need. Wishing you good luck with it! PLEASE NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!
