So my sister was just prescribed Zoloft about a week ago. For the first week she is supposed to take half a dose and then after that she can take a full dose. Now I understand that this can do the opposite and make her suicidal. She is 14 years old by the way. How likely is it that she will become more suicidal or more depressed? And what signs should I look for if she does?
