I am so sorry she hasn't got back to you yet. Have you tried to contact her yourself? Definitely explain to her that her absence is hurting you. You have every right to tell her that. At the very least, she has to be honest about your relationship with her. Please be kind to yourself. Believe me when I say that you're worth it. Your Life is worth it.
