Honestly - this is not a consistent feeling like it used to be - but if I do not vent it out when it's there, I get sucked in by it. I went 35yrs with constant depression. Now, it comes n goes- mostly when a new "traumatic event" happens (death if a loved one/pet, end of relationship, etc)
