I was only diagnosed with GAD. But he was quick to want to medicate me.. I didn’t really want to do that. Especially when I suspect there is more to it. I have had depression for yrs.. but again I believe there’s at least two or three other things I’m dealing with, but since I’d rather not be labeled as “that” person for self diagnosis.... I just stick with what I was told initially. I guess that’s the problem. If i had a “label” on it then i could go about getting over it myself? Idk.. what if I don’t have anxiety and I’m on the spectrum or something?? But you could go to 10 dif therapists and they may all diagnose you differently and treat you differently. That’s why im skeptical... all i know is I don’t see, feel, think things the same way most people do[emoji17]
