Thanks for the advice, but I'm thinking about leaving her a 4th voicemail and saying "don't f***ing bother" because she obviously doesn't care and I don't want to talk to someone who doesn't care.

She normally responds to phone calls in the morning, but obviously not today. And she's going to be gone for the day soon, too. I have never received a call from her past 10am ish. I feel like I'm wasting my time with these people, with meds, with everything.
