Hello WhatInThe: I don't really have an opinion with regard to whether or not people who openly out themselves as psycho/sociopaths are really what they say they are. (My personal opinion is that these terms, as well as the term narcissist, are thrown around much to loosely by people who don't really know anything about them.)
