Excellent article! I was happy to see so many forms of self-care that I've improved in practicing over the years. They've made such a difference for me. But I'm not perfect. There are some basic things I need to still work on, but the point is not to be perfect. No. Allowing oneself to say "It's OK that I'm still falling short on A and B, but I'll improve a little at a time on them, but in the meantime, I'm doing so well with C, D, E, F, G, and more. I rock!
