Hey, how's it going? Don't know too much about your case or progress, but I though that guided meditation, journaling, or a bit of mindfulness training might help. I know for a fact it works since I tried and it helped a lot with my self esteem. I'm still struggling every once in awhile, but when things get especially tough, I write things down. Jot things down on paper frantically for a couple of minutes, like a a purging process and then I either choose to burn the result or keep it.
