I am TRULY, DEEPLY SORRY that you're hurting and struggling SO BADLY, @qwerty68, and that you're going through ALL OF THIS! Have those Meds been prescribed by your Pdoc or are you self-medicating? I'd sugges tot reach out to a professional if you can and if you aren't already doing it. That is just my opinion of course. I feel like that would be the BEST option for you since you seem willing to take Meds. Please be kind to yourself. Please keep fighting! I am so sorry that you're having problems sleeping.
