Last summer I wore flat sandals almost every day (no support). I ended up with a miserably painful achilles tendonitis. For awhile, it stopped (I was wearing sandals with the heels higher than the toes). But the tendonitis has returned with a vengeance.
I have an appointment to get it checked out on Friday, but don't know what to expect. Has anyone here had this type of tendonitis and, if so, how did you treat it?
