Two nights in a row I've been cut off mid conversation while trying to receive support by the servers going down, and it's not even after midnight. If this is planned maintenance, can it please be rescheduled to 2am Pacific instead of before midnight, when a lot of us West Coasters are having trouble sleeping and still trying to chat and receive support?
