I know you travel a lot. Are you near your pdoc?

I am very concerned as you tend to spiral very quickly. Have you been in touch with your pdoc? Does your pdoc tend to adjust your meds when you get depressed?

I hope the depression does not get any worse. I am very concerned about you.
