My hunger still sucks but today I’ve only had 1,220 calories. I am so hungry right now but I’m desperately fighting it. I don’t know why I got such a drastic change in appetite all of a sudden but I know it started right around the time I got my period 3 weeks ago. Yes. I’ve been on my period for 3 weeks. So I basically have no idea what’s going on but I’ve gained about 10 pounds since starting my period.
