Anybody home? Hiya. In a bid to increase my strength I have embarked on doing a stint of exercise each day. Last week I did it for 4 out of seven days. This week I am four for four so far. I had an operation last year. This year I have had surgery to remove a fractured and infected tooth in June. Today I went for a walk. It was not long at all
My back hurt so much. 15 mins max.
Hmmmm. I used to be able to go heaps further than today. It was so easy to let my level of fitness drop without realizing.
