I've lost some more weight. 4 more pounds and I'll be at my current goal weight. I'm excited. I'm not following Noom anymore. I prefer to do my own thing. I don't like logging meals and if I don't want to weigh myself one day, then I won't. I just like being relaxed about it and having faith in my body/mind to do the right thing. It's worked that way for almost 50 pounds. No sense in changing it now.
