According to me, Loneliness can have a big impact on your mental and emotional health, as well as your physical health. so don't be alone make some friends, make some trips with your friends etc the best ways to protect your mental health is maintaining a good and healthy relationship, challenge yourself and check-in with yourself, learn about mindfulness meditations, take enough sleep, self-care, etc .i hope that this suggestion will improve your mental health.
