I went back to work after like two weeks after a month long psychosis. Obviously if you Psychosis is worse it will take longer. However about 7 years later I noticed cognitive decline, I believe this is actually due to the antipsychotic in this case....I’ve been struggling with this about two years and haven’t been working. However, my doc recommended fish oil and that’s helping, I plan to go back to school and get back into the work force within the next few years.
