I've been feeling irritable. Like coworkers are getting on my nerves. Not all of them. Just some of them. I wonder if it's because I've been messing around with the dosage of my AP. Ever since I was so severely suicidal, I was like, the meds are not helping if I feel this bad, so I've been trying to figure out what dose I should be at on the AP. I know I should leave it up to the professionals, but.....well, I'm only human. But I wonder if it is making me irritable. I'm just like ugh. Stop bothering me. Or maybe it is the depression. Or maybe it is the increase in the ADHD medication. When too much changes at once it can be difficult to pinpoint.
