I am sorry you go through this, Nammu.

Many people write about this and find it very difficult to deal with.

I also have noise sensitivity as my moods change. My PTSD reaction to noises has a different quality than the type I experience with mood changes. My PTSD reactions to noise are very physically and mentally disabling and lasts for hours at a time. My mood changes sensitivity is aggravating but does not disable me physically or otherwise, although I do want to flee from the noise!

Uggh! Who needs it? We don't, do we, Nammu!
