My boyfriend makes a lot of “mistakes” that he calls accidents. He apologizes every time, says it was an accident, then does it again. An accident is unforseeable. It’s something that truly wasn’t intentional. There was no indication it would happen.
The one that bothers me the most of he pees on the bathroom floor. He misses the toilet. And not a few drops. Like- he pees everywhere. And then sometimes will wipe it up with a paper towel. But- ew. Not sanitary. Lately, the dogs been peeing the rug by the toilet and I couldn’t figure it out. We used to share a bathroom so when I stepped in it, I’d know. But now we have a new home and he has his own bathroom. I just happened to hear the dog in there, walked in, and the pee soaked paper towels were shredded all over the floor. When I asked what happened, he said he missed. I asked if that happened a lot and he said about once a month.
Guys- is this normal? Am I making a big deal out of this? It’s just- to me, unsanitary. And not an accident if it happens once a month. But I’m not a dude. Maybe this is totally normal. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced this before with a man.
And to clarify- this is not medically explainable. Not like he has any condition. There’s nothing physically exacerbating the urine scenario.
