I am so glad it's autumn. Our summer, for California, wasn't too bad, but I am so over the heat. Happy to have the chilly mornings and cool eves. Rain would be nice.
I'm okay; looking forward to my therapy appt. tomorrow, though anxious because after that Mary (my T) will be gone for 12 days, meaning I'll miss 3 appointments.
