Three months is really great! That doesn't mean you aren't struggling or that you aren't hurting, but it's a good accomplishment and you should feel good about it, if you can. I understand the feelings starting back up, but just remember they are just feelings. You don't have to act on them. Try lots of other things, distracting things. See if you can get past it.
