Treating pets can be so difficult. Our dog is aging & has kidney disease. In general he's extremely easy to work with (unlike your cat it sounds like.) But trying to figure out what will & won't work to get the medication he needs into him & get him to eat (which is problematic in dogs with kidney disease) is a daily challenge.
