I like someone at a local store. i want to ask her out. But she does not even acknowledge me or look at me. when i meet her on the floor she totally ignores me.

She used to say hello before i do not know why she stopped. Since she is so dismissive i cannot ask her. i am well known there the rest of the staff say hello
