Sunny - I take both antibiotics and birth control for my acne. Like you, I think the birth control is what does the trick. I think its worth it, but I've never been one to experience many med side-effects. Talk to your dr but there are several forms of BC that are specifically known for helping acne and I think have a lower dose of the hormones. As I mentioned in the other thread, I take Ortho Tri-Cyclin Low on the advise of both my dermotologist and family practice doc.
