I'm supposed to start Lamictal tonight and start tapering off of Remeron. I'm sick of the Remeron weight gain. I'm a little nervous about going off of an antidepressant that was very effective for my depression. Has anyone found Lamictal (and an antipsychotic, I take Geodon) to be effective for your depression without an antidepressant? I have mostly depression with occasional hypomania.
