Went to a sleep dr today. I have parasomnias and he put me on klonopin 0.5mg at night cuz he said it can lessen or stop them. I'm hopeful that my BF can stop sleeping on the couch. Dr wants me to do a sleep in a couple weeks that I have to stop taking klonopin a few nights before, but he went ahead and started me on it cuz my symptoms are so bad.
