Right now I've just been getting some housework done.
I've been reading a book called "Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway". This seems an appropriate thing for me, even though it's more nervousness than fear that I have a problem with. So far, it has been mostly to do with changing jobs and relationships, which is irrelevant to me, so I'm hoping there's something more relevant further on. Though I know that the same things can be applied to any situation I suppose.
