I definitely prefer the Abraham books. The Secret seemed quite shallow and mostly focused on getting rich, and not so much on how it can affect you negatively (and what to do about that).

It is the LOA that made me start thinking positively, choosing happiness, trying to find things to be grateful for etc. And I feel so much better than I did. And now I can easily handle the bad stuff that comes up.
