The problem is my job won't allow the time off. I'd be fired. Yet it's bad for business and ethical considerations. There's nothing I can do about the job. Right now I'm trying to just get by. It's hard. I did go into the ER and didn't want to wait in the ER for a bed in an inpatient program. I came home to not getting time off to deal with everything. Now my T needs to call but I'll miss the call if he doesn't call after 90 minutes or so.

Everyone but me feels like I can get past this. I feel like this will never end. But that is black and white thinking. And I'm having a hard time focusing on my studies...
