Well... perhaps the first thing to do (as well as the most direct approach) is to get rid of the webcam... whatever device it is you're using. If you don't have access to a devise that allows you to be on the web masturbating then it can't happen. That doesn't mean the urge will go away. In fact for a time it may even get stronger. But at least you won't have the capacity to video yourself.
My personal opinion is that divesting yourself of the capacity to do what you're doing may be a necessary first step... painful as it may be. Otherwise it's like an alcoholic trying to quit drinking while still having a cabinet full of liquor. Then you have to deal with what drove you to want to do what you're doing to begin with as well as with how to handle the urges you continue to feel. And that, I presume, becomes a matter of therapy & perhaps some variety of support group or program.
