People beating themselves up for not being 'normal'
What is 'normal'
what does it mean if our way (or one way) of 'getting by' in life is by SH
its not a healthy way of dealing with pain but it doesn't define anyone..
does that make people some sort of ……..
or is it a way of dealing with emotional pain and trapped trauma?
Some labels can be hard to rid ourselves of,
and the labels themselves can be a form of self harm imo
