Perhaps you could try "Feeling Good" by David Burns but that's more among the lines of Depression and Self-Esteem Problems! Either way, if you're curious, you can still check it out!

As for the rest, it's WONDERFUL that you're going to see a Therapist soon! Definitely try to be aware of yourself and when you realize you may not be acting in the most appropriate way, stop yourself. Hopefully things will improve soon for you!
