I actually think it's a side effect from the meds I'm on but I find that my left hand used to get contorted and my mom would tell me constantly "stop making your hand like that" when we go out in public. Nowadays it's more subtle, like I find that sometimes when I look at my left hand I would be pointing in whatever direction my hand is facing.
